Will the line hook or anchor pin damage my headliner?
Line Hook and Anchor Pin are actually our names for the specialty garment pins we use. These are the same pins that Grandma uses for quilting and garment work. If they are good enough for Grandma's delicate fabrics, we're positive they won't damage the headliner in your ride.
Will the line in the Hat Lasso damage my hat?
We tested many types of line, before selecting the Stren 1500 Super-Braid fishing line that we currently use in the Hat Lasso.
The reason we selected this line, is because it is specifically designed to minimize cutting the guides on a fishing pole. Do you stand behind your product if it breaks?
If any part of the Hat Lasso breaks during the first year of ownership, we will replace the entire product at no charge to you. Simply return the Hat Lasso to us, and we will replace with a new Hat Lasso. (Note: We may not be able to exactly match the Concho that was on your original Hat Lasso. We will attempt to replace with the same Concho, and if that style is no longer available, we will allow you to select a different model.)
